A little about ourselves

Discovery Community Training Centre offers young learners the opportunity to complete major awards at QQI level 3 and 4. We cater for learners aged between 16 and 21 in and around the Dublin 17 area. We offer a number of courses such as Catering, Health Related Fitness, Hair & Beauty, and Woodwork & Construction Skills, We are accepting applicants constantly for all areas. Staff and students at the Discovery Centre CTC are celebrating after it was announced that the Woodwork students from the Centre have finished runner up in the national Generation Apprenticeship Competition 2020.

Hi all our chef Greg O’Rourke has been running a weekly MasterChef challenge for the last 8 weeks to facilitate the learners during covid 19 and they seem to be really enjoying it.  
 
He will announce the winner for this month’s MasterChef challenge this Monday, the prize is a set of kitchen knives.
